They just cost more than a months sub. /seriously This is yet another kick in the pants to people like me, that actually sub, on several accounts, for multi-month periods. Every single "Gold" account should have this awarded monthly. I need to check when my subs run out, I have to turn off the "Auto RePay" option.
You can get an ethereal familiar just by running the solo proving grounds. Any level 100 toon can do it, no matter how they are geared.
