It looks like existing Dirty Crusade: Leg adorns acquired before today's patch are still TSO flagged. If you do the quest now you will get one that is not TSO flagged. But what of us that have already ran the quest prior to today and have the adorns in our bags? Is there any way to exchange this adorn for a good one? Thanks,
