Excellent Customer Service

    Way impressed with Customer Service.

    Last night a couple of Vets returned to the game. One could not remember their username/password. Between 7-8pm central time the issued was fixed within 15-20 mins.

    Wow I don't know who you are secret CS agent but you rock and you deserve ALL the brownies!

    It was probably GM Violetann, she is at the tops with one of the Senior GMs.
