Ethereal Buckler of the Silver Reaper no block chance

    There does not appear to be any block chance on the item

    \aITEM -1854823766 -1512375151 0 0 0:Ethereal Buckler of the Silver Reaper\/a

    As this is a near top end item for priests it would be awesome if it could get at least 20% block chance added so that it is comparable to the other shields at this tier. Thanks!
