Essence of War charms

    I have found one essence of war so far this expansion, and I'm ready to craft a charm with it. It doesn't look like the charms are no-trade, but I want to make sure before I craft it. If I have a jeweler alt, can she craft it for another character or do I need to have it commissioned?

    I had my Jeweler make one for my Tank, so you can do it that way.
