After applying the 6 second weapon delay modifier to the Soulfire Gladius mythical version, the damage rating did not change. It kept the same value as the 4 second delay that's default on the weapon. Although the damage does go up, the display rating does not change.
Applying a 6 second weapon delay modifier to a weapon does not increase its rating. Damage rating is based on damage versus delay. If the delay goes up and the damage goes up in tandem, the rating does not change.
