You sir are a moron. Clearly you didn't read the web page this is hosted on otherwise you would have seen it's made up of screen shots and not video capture.
You should check out the program FRAPS, I've been able to use it to make movies of everquest with it. On my machine, it only cause about a 10fps hit, and I usually run it on the level below "balanced." http://www.fraps.com/
Bout time the player made EQII videos started coming out. I have a good 100 or so player made videos ranging from EQI, to DAOC, to WoW and everything in between. We need more EQII ones!
That was actually kind of creepy, when you realise that the 'woman' in the picture never said any of that, and the 'man' just put words in her mouth. The whole 'oh, my hero goes off and leave me alone' bit was really hilariously sexist.
