The warlock epic buff Enhanced cataclysm II is supposed to reduce the casting time of Catalysm if at least 4 increments. The base cast time gets higher with higher ranks of the spell instead of lower. At Journeyman rank it lowers base cast time to 1.1 seconds. At Grandmaster rank it lowers base cast time to 1.68. At Celestial is lowers base cast time to 2.07, which is actually slower than the base cast time without casting any rank of Enhanced Cataclysm II. Basically the cast time reductions go the opposite direction they should. The higher the rank, the slower the cast time.
