Can someone explain to me how the Enchanter AA Mesmerizing Trance work? I cast it but it doesn't seem to do anything. Thanks.
Well, it kind of says exactly what it does in the description. You cast it, and then if you are hit with a melee weapon it has a chance to mez the attacker for 6 seconds. I can't imagine a use for it outside maybe PvP.
