double loot not applying in guk heroic

    Just ran halls of the fallen in frenzied mode , and only got 1 item in the chest in the end
    Seems the patch notes are wrong

    Well ran the 2nd zone afterwards in frenzied and got double loot on the end chest there

    Perhaps its just halls of the fallen
