Does pre-order of the new expac unlock previous expacs at once?

    Returning player missing the most recent expansions, currenlty at max 120 lvl. If I pre-order the new one now does the previous expacs unlock at once so I can adventure to 125 or is it only upon release/live that happens? Anyone knows from previous experiences?

    It will release the previous expansions the same day. I wanted to say immediately, but then if there is a delay, it would look bad.
