so we got the earring last night, the one where you get 60 CB and 15% max health when hit with a manaflow. I was wondering and really no one had a solid answer. if an illy manaflows person with earring, you get the proc, if a coercer manaflows your group (thus giving you 2 manaflows overlap) would the proc just reapply or apply twice?
well Manaflow does not stack on the same target. if you where Manaflowed 2 times withing the duration of the buff on the ear... normally the buff would just reapply, not double up.
I can't confirm a yes/no but any other proc is proced a second time while it was up it is just reapplied.

If there two MF could it just increase of a duration of a proc by any chance? Very interesting proc. Does it have pot increase too or just cb? Is this earing for specific class or just general?
