Dissociate Limbs (Guardian BOL spell from vendor)

    I am sure other Guardians know this, but this spell is not worth getting.

    Sever X does 2.5 to 3x the damage of Dissociate Limbs over the same time frame (based on the 190 sec recast of DL).

    Was this meant to be the case ?
