Tried for over an hour to get the epic quest starter to drop in Sebilis.. no luck. I mentored too just in case. Patrons, researchers, and students, right? How rare is it? How many more hours should I expect to get the quill to drop?
You have to be lvl 80 to get the quill to drop (i spend some hours there thinking i would level up while waiting for it to drop ^^). I got mine on first kill of Hierophant prime (first named near entrance) just after dinging 80.
Doesn´t it only drop from the named hierophant prime, direct at the entrance, got mine around 10-20 minutes.
