The thread title says it all. I looked at a parse after the Labs run last night and Discombobulate hardly registered on it. It used to be about 30% of my old parses.
I cannot envision a scenario where that proc would be 30% of a parse without going to such great lengths to skew the parse as using dramatically lower than current weapons. You sure you did not havr singular focus on and spend a lot of time out of range
As your total damage gets better, the % of your "great" proc damage for items will go down. Discombob II was 3% of my parse at 3 mill; it is now 1% of my parse when I do 6 mill+.
