Did not Receive Marketplace Items

    Hello,
    I recently returned to EQ2 as EQ1 TLP server was a major let down. Anyway, I was given some sort of discount window that would only open once so I bought a 10 pack of chests. That was over a week ago and I have yet to receive them. I checked the mail on all my toons and did the /claim. Is there some other place I am supposed to look or did I just get screwed over?
