The Developer, Game Masters, International, and Tech Support trackers have been temporarily disabled due to a bug that is causing the forums to suffer from performance drops. The forums team is working on a solution for this, which will likely be included in the next update to the forums, at which point the trackers will be turned back on.
As an update, the next forum update should come in approximately two weeks if everything goes well. Then we will have the trackers back. I miss them just as much as you!
