It's not much different than the KA Artisan Cloaks with which most of us are making do -- more tanky, a little better stats, but at least it does allow a white and purple rune!

It's a fair bit better than the TS cloak. That being said, that cloak was also "in-game" prior to the eth cloak/rune. If you recall none of the summoned one pieces had orange slots (except the head) when they first dropped.

Personally my mystic wears the Cloak of Night Terrors because the extra stats on that cloak trump the trash mystic rune.

Why is T4 raid gear not all orange slots? Some archetypes have a variety of slot choices on the patterns from summoned foes whereas chain wearers in particular get shafted.

    Summoned Foes Patterns :
    \aITEM 488886089 1020826753:Satchel of Sorrowsong\/a

    - Cloak that isnt BIS(already mentioned)
    - No chain choice with orange adornments
    - 2 mage choices with orange adorn(hat + legs)
    - 4 leather choices with orange adorn(feet + legs)

    \aITEM 1780809695 1812210674:Satchel of Saryrn\/a
    - Charm that everyone wants so everyone will want this pattern regardless of armour choice
    - 1 chain choice of legs with orange adorn
    - 2 plate choices (legs with orange adorn)
    - 1 leather choice(legs with orange adorn)
    - 2 cloth choices(forearms + legs)

    - a ring that likely noone will want first over PG ring until they get their armour slots
    - 2 chain choices(legs)
    - 3 cloth choices(hat + legs)
    - 1 plate choice(legs)

Its clear that these patterns are heavily in favour of cloth wearers with each containing at least 1 armour bit(legs) to choose from. So 3 slots in total available.

Leather wearers get choice of 2 patterns but covers 2 armour slots(legs + feet). 2 Slots available.

Both chain and plate wearers get left high and dry with only 1 slot upgradable(legs). 1 Slot available.

Please review the T4 loot table by adding orange slots where they should be or add more to the summoned foes patterns. Its quite blatant in favour of cloth and to a lesser extent leather wearers.

Lets not forget shade was also pretty horrible for excluding chain wearers either...

    Thanks!
