At the current rate, I literally have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than I do of picking up a desert charger horn. I finished the entire sig line, and every single week of heroic 1, and 2 weeks of heroic 2, and I lost count of how many solos, and I've only picked up 8 desert charger horns the entire time. On the other hand, I'm throwing out red sand, which I've started at least 2 extra stacks of. The chest of scorpion exoskeletons seems to be the only item in the list with a decent drop rate that's neither over-polluted nor under-dropped. Edit to add, chances of getting struck by lightning are 1 to 15,000. So I stand by my statement as an accurate reflection of both statistics and despair.
