If anyone can give me a hand here I'd be grateful. I've found all the staffs except this one for the quest in the Living Tombs. I've gone to every location given in Zam and the wiki but nothing ever spawns there, yet my map gives me a feather icon to zone into the Residence court, but I see nothing there either. Is this bugged? Has this staff ever spawned for anyone?
