Deity divine buffs is supposed to give toons 300 crit bonus, 500 stamina and 43 fervor. However, none of my live toons have the buff anymore. I’ve check my level 25 bruiser, 80 warlock and 85 coercer. I’ve tried zoning, camping, relogging, and reviving. Is it intentionally that lower level toons no longer benefit from these buffs? They were receiving the buff before this latest update.
