This is part of Defiler's right side of the prestige line. It modifies the ability Sinister Countenance to apply to the group. This buff did not get the attribute boost that all other attribute boosting abilities got this expansion. By example: Sinister Countenance VIII (level 106) Apprentice provides 2,676 wisdom. Countenance of the Defiled Spirits provides 310 wisdom. The prestige modification should be given the wisdom boost to whatever level scaling achievements/prestige abilities typically receive.
