Shartara's Deepwater Retreat on Maj'Dul. empty except for portals. Qeynos Prestige House; owner Shartara. ( Geroblue ) There are 3 levels, caves you would have to fly to, plus several pools of water. Decorating the entire thing would be a major pain as far as I'm concerned, so the entrance level and one of the pools is all I need. I have some depots I'll put in when the decorator is done.
