Dead Calm lv 75 M1 v Adept 3

    Bought M1 and the discription reads 19% chance to proc disease dmg on any melee attack for 361-601.
    Scribed it and it reads 289-481 the same as the adept 3. Is this incorrect?
    I feel like I am being hosed.

    Because it's now reporting the PvP amount, over the original PvE amount (probably)

    It seems to be kinda random when the system reports the PvP amount or the PvE amount....best option is to open the properties window and check/unckeck the PvP box to compare the right amounts.
