Crafting Ascension Adept's

Hi guys.
I wanted to make sure this is the only way to create adept quality ascension spells.
If i understand this right, I first need to find for example
10x \aITEM 1049210340 -773665958:Illegible Scroll Page: Accord of Stone (Adept)\/a
in expert dungeons (raid or heroic?).
Upon which I'll need to find this recipe too:
\aITEM -1878502770 649220322:Incomplete scroll: Accord of Stone (Adept)\/a
I was told the recipe is used upon creation of the spell. Is this correct?
Also, according to eq2wire this recipe drops in a expert raid zone. This seems kind of overkill for a adept spell.
Especially, seeing that one can find expert spells in the original heroic dungeons and those are way easier to craft.

that's what i was told, yes. i wanted to corroborate this. seeing as that would make it even harder to procure.
