Last night after killing every single thing in the challenge version of convenant district, the final boss didn't spawn. We got no message on screen and nothing appeared. This was the first time we've ever cleared all of the other nameds in the zone. Was a very anticlimactic night. Even went around and killed off every single trash encounter we could find, but that didn't help either.
Seeing the exactly same thing here as well. The Commander Mirrarkar encounter should be spawning (like in EM) but there's nothing. Clearing the entire zone (every single trash, all 4 of the other named encounters) and he won't spawn. On the Captain Veezaran fight the little globes from the pillars aren't despawning either after it's cleared, but that should not be preventing the final named from spawning.
