The Djinn Master's Prism [Raid] "Rage of the Djinn" when cast by the Djinn Master, should now have its damage prevented by having the “Shimmering Ring of the Djinn” equipped. 4 TLEs and 7 years later and they can't even get the prevention correct. The ring prevented the KB and the stun, not damage. That's the entire point of having the ring on individual(s) who will play the instruments to advance the script. So they don't get blown across the room when they go to play the instruments... At least you all got to this before DoF launched and DMP was cleared a dozen times over. Maybe KoS mobs will get adjusted and fixed during EoF? EoF mobs during TSO? And then it will all need readjusted 2 years from now for TLE #5? Why not just really try and get it right once, so you know, you don't ever have to touch it again?
Don't worry, they work. As an example, a whole panoply of appearances and stuffs to satisfy us with having nothing at all for the notd . In store, Purchasable via dbc, real cash . They try , and really try, but not the way you ll like.
Put the it on in the necklace slot and it stops the damage. It doesn't need to stop the KB and root. Just time your instrument playing, when the spell is about to cast, hug a wall. Then go back to playing. Just use your brain a little.
And next TLE you'll be trying to figure out why they don't care about fixing things, again. Clearly DMP is tough to clear because of the damage of the AOEs
I mean, when their current balance choice was just to give the Djinn Master and other nameds huge potency packages to the point where it one shots the group it's targeted on... yeah, the only challenging part of the fight is that, lmao.
You maybe still trying to figure things out, but most of us already know why stuff doesn't get fixed. The 1 shot group nuke was the only challenge Djinn Master had, now it is removed by putting on a item. It's the only thing he has had every TLE. Was it a fun mechanic? nope not at all. But now it is a complete Zzzz and can be 2 grouped. Unless for some reason your instrument player struggles at timing the KB with playing the instruments like you were complaining about.
And what AoE blockers are available on this server currently, Sigridrifa? Ethereal Form, which lasts for 36 seconds and has a 28 minute recast?
