    I think they quit doing writs at that level iirc

    There are writs for that level range that send you to Tranquil Sea & Phantom Sea.

    I have never picked up the writs from anywhere other than the guild hall writ giver though.

    I'm not sure if there is one overland somewhere.

    Yea me too, thats what I am trying to find is the overland ones, the last ones I have found were in Thurgadin Harbor for Obal plains quest.

    Starting with (I think) RoK, the writ givers are actually in the quest hub of the new zone(s). In Kylong Plains, they're on the dock. In Sentinel's Fate, they're in Paineel at the lifts and the Spire Island. Etc.

    if you belong to a guild, a writ giver is an amenity and can be used there. great way to lvl and get status for young toons

    So where would I go to find level 90+? I left during the first half of Destiny of Velious, so I only know of the Qeynos rep in Thurgadin harbor.
