There seems to be a new issue with the Chrono Dungeons introduced with today's patch. Our group tried running The Vestigal Cella, clearing the whole zone, and only the commander got Fragments of Time. As a test, we decided to run a different Chrono zone we've never run before (The Abandoned Labs) with other toons that have never run the weekly and a different person as commander. Both times we all got red messages indicating "Defeating this encounter did not iterate your Chrono Dungeon because it was alredy defeated in this Chrono Dungeon" and neither our Daily or Weekly Chrono missions were updated. We noticed the quest requires the last boss of each zone now so we cleared the whole zone and no credits were granted. As Commander, the only mission credit I got is for the Commander. The other 2 missions for Daily and Weekly were not updated at all:

The issue with the Chrono Dungeon missions only updating a single group member should be resolved on all servers. If you are currently on a Chrono Dungeon mission, zoning or camping to character select and back in will update the quest to pick up the fix on your character.
