I just happened to be reading this spell on my illy today, and as I was reading, a bit of OCD dawned on me. The effect that triggers per target hit stacks up to 6 times, aka 6 targets hit. However, the number of targets it can hit is 8.... so... is it just me or are we being jipped out of 2 increments? I am sure there are other abilities like this with the same issue, so unless there is some really good explanation as to how game-breaking it would be for math to add up, perhaps effects like this can be fixed to maximize the use of the AoE? And by fix, I don't mean break. Keep the 8 target max but let the effect trigger for all targets, not just most of them. Thoughts?

Some spells doublecasting generate double increments. So technically it might be granting 16 increments and capping you at 6!~
