Pretty sure that having an off-topic forum is just inviting trouble for very hostile topics that will devolve into flame wars. I think that's the reason why there isn't one anymore. There was on the old forums back in the day.
Yeah these days if you give a bunch of Americans an open forum it just descends into Republicans vs Democrats. It's only a matter of time.
As an American, I respectfully disagree. Okay, okay. Wishful thinking. Given the growing divide between the red and the blue states, it is best to keep game forums just about the games they are devoted to.
