My husband and I ran this zone with no problems solo but three times we've tried the heroic version and gotten stuck. We defeat everything and recieve the shaped Crystal but after that when we try to polish the crystal we get four waves of adds and nothing else. No named spawns and we do not recieve the next step hence we can not continue. We have tried everyone zoning out and back in, which did not work. We have clicked the polisher multiple times and still no named although the water spirits do drop many chests...
If these stupid forums had a zone sub-forum you would have been able to quickly see that it is indeed currently bugged and we are waiting on a fix.
