Not A Bug Chaotic Leech in GU heroics

    Chaotic Leech in the the new zones, Vex Thal: Den of shadows I and II is reducing the wards/heals for 70,018,466.

    In the old heroics, tested out in Untamed Lands (Heroic) is reducing the wards/heals for 7,045,572.

    This will need to be adjusted.

    This is working as intended. Higher difficulty zones reward higher tiers of rewards.
