Channler Prelude Quest; Where is it?

    Where is the new quest? And next time please have more specifics in the patch notes than just saying "Here's a quest."

    Found some Shadowy Stags near Settler's Camp (-510.00, -14.00, 153.00) in Antonica. Kill them and they drop a chest with the quest starter.
