Dragon tree under Draconic Regeneration I notice a lot of channelers with 10/10 in Majestic Casting and some others say it's not beneficial, The same in the Prestige tree left side Interception Regeneration stating the heal is minimal and non impact at best. Thought's on it
Majestic casting: reduces the cast time of Essence Weave by 0,08 seconds. The effect is smaller on the other repair conduits, It's the most useless ability in the heal line for channelers. When you'd want to cast those enough for such a small time difference to matter, you're limited by your dissonance instead. Interception Regeneration is a tiny heal, and it's true that you may not notice it. However, it's just 1 point after you take Mitigating Rift and Rift Redirection, so may as well take it in your healspec.
