Changing character name has mess up in-game voice chat

    I changed the names of two characters on my account -- now they cannot use in-game guild/group voice chat. The remaining six characters on my account are OK.

    Any ideas how to fix?

    I'm not sure their related. There is an issue with chat and they are aware of it. Some of my toons can use voice chat and some can't. I changed an old characters name last night which is what caught my eye to your thread but everybody was already off so I did not notice if the name change affected that or not but I know that's not the reason why some of my other toons can't use voice chat atm.

    Do turn in a Support Ticket. The more data they have about the voice chat problem, the easier it becomes to diagnose and fix.
