It was easy for me to figure out on the EQ side; however, all I can find here are discussions on it... but not how to set it. One character is set for Frostfang Sea, which I want to change to Qeynos. How do I do that ? Do I talk to an NPC ? Thanks.
In your knowledge book under abilities (I think) I just logged out so caution anyhow you have a spell called something like set call it's been so long I don't remember it's exact name, but go to where you want your call to be and use the spell. It has to be in a city though you can't have it out in the wild.
You can only bind to locations within your home city. If you want to change your home city from Frostfang Sea to Qeynos, you'll have to change citizenship. It's a fairly short questline to transfer between those two cities. You can check the wiki for more info on citizenship.
Actually it's based on alignment. I have a Qeynos character bound to Frostfang Sea currently, and just tested it and he was able to bind to the Greater Faydark Nursery. The ability is called Set Recall Point.
