To a Dev: This item, Chains of Eternity-Touch of the Steward came with the COE expansion for those that purchased the expansion. 3 of them were included in the expansion purchase. It is a bauble that raises AA to 280 points similar to the new bauble put on the SC store which does the same. The difference is the Touch of the Steward item still has a Lev 90 restriction on its use wheras the SC bauble can be used at level 10. Please remove the level 90 restriction on this item and make it comparable to the new pay-to-win item you added to the SC Store. Thanks.
