Since AA restrictions are being removed can the restrictions on this be removed as well? Also if I reach the AA cap while level 90 or below, will I be forced to level?
you won't be forced to level you will need to manually move the slider to the left if you want to level. of coures if you are max 320 AAs but still decide to remain 90 you won't be able to go into a lot of the newer instance nor get the prestige points.
You can also right-click on the xp bar and turn off various forms of xp if you want to stop leveling. (disable quest xp, disable combat xp, etc)
