Casting speed to Spell Doublecast convertation on TLE

    I'm playing llly on Kaladim. So I have in raids over 100% casting speed and I confused on present convertation CastS to SDoublecast. At least on early-KoS period on TLE and on FG I saw that convertation. For example on start KoS 200 casting speed converts to approx. 7.5% doublecast. But after one of patches convertation has stopped. I saw that 201% casting speed = 0% spell doublecast. And i really didn't saw doubld spells in fight. So I have a question. Maybe I didn't see patch notes about it or it wasn't in notes or it's a bug?

    Latest live abor- *ahem* "expansion" did away with the conversion and the entire spell double cast stat.

    did away with Haste Overcap = Flurry too. rip haste stacking

    Yeah they also didn't add any stats to gear to compensate for everyone going into overcap. So just enjoy like 140-160% casting speed in like ROK/TSO with nothing you can benefit from.
