Its extremely easy to go out there and make a million plat in a short time. You just need to actually do something. Plat isn't just gonna show up in your inventory. Farm mats, create uncommon lunar material, do one instance of Vasty Deep and sell 3 collection pieces.. There's plenty more options to make easy plat out there. But you need to actually play the game heh. That being said, I would support there being a currency above platinum to reduce the large amounts in the broker.
That solves nothing. Some players have literal billions of plat and banks full of krono. You simply cannot compete with that. It's like trying to win an auction against Jeff Bezos. Those billions of plat came about because of dupes. There's nothing legitimate about it. Imho, the only options available are a) do nothing (100% what will actually happen) or b) make plat worthless overnight (100% never going to happen). So with that in mind, probably a pointless conversation. We all just have to wait for the billionaires to buy all the important stuff first before we sweep up the scraps. If they ever decided to go with option a) it's the people who did the damage who would suffer the most. For everyone else, the playing field would be level and we'd all be better off. Your 10 million plat in the bank you got from selling a couple of masters becomes worthless, true, but by making the people with billions penniless too, you in fact become far far richer. They should have hit the kill switch on the economy the moment the dupes were identified. It's a real shame they bottled it back then.
