I get the email with the link, but get: "Sorry, a system error has occurred while processing your request." My husband is experiencing the same thing with his account. I don't have no-script running for the site, so that can't be it. Very frustrating as I really want to play that account.
Not sure what browser you are using to launch the link in, but you might try IE or Chrome, those seem to work the best.
Just tried it in Chrome, same error. Thing is, I was able to reset the password on an account about a week ago, in Firefox, with no problem. Then on Wednesday I couldn't. Then yesterday I could for one account. And today I cannot again. Also I am now getting this error when trying to get a reset sent to my email: The Daybreak Username you entered is unrecognized or does not exist. Please try again.
Perhaps there is a limit as to how often it can be reset? I would contact customer support as this forum is support from other players and not staff.
