Can't get into the Roekillik excavation site

    I'm doing a quest called Revelation, and I'm on the step where I'm supposed to investigate one of the mines.
    I'm trying to get into the roekillik excavation site in bloodskull valley, but the destination menu doesn't come up and I just get sent into the regular instance for bloodskull valley.

    Depending on your level. If you're above 30, it's Zek. If you're above 45, it's Permafrost.
