Cant contact Support redict not working

    Hi,

    i wrote a ticket, get a wrong answer and want write back , but i cant contact the support again.
    If i try go to the Tickets, i get broken Link:
    "Fehler: Umleitungsfehler
    Die aufgerufene Website leitet die Anfrage so um, dass sie nie beendet werden kann.
    Dieses Problem kann manchmal auftreten, wenn Cookies deaktiviert oder abgelehnt werden."

    I still have clean cache and cookies, but not help.

    The SOE-Link for email contact : www.station.sony.com/de/kb , dont work , too.

    anyone have an Idea whats wrong ?
