Can't claim DB Cash

    My All Access automatically renews today, but on the Marketplace screen, where it says "Redeem 500 DB", the "Redeem" button is replaced with a "Become a Member" button and underneath that, it says "Add time so you don't miss your next 500 DBC reward!"

    Any idea what's going on? Why can't I claim my DBC?

    My guess it's that you are on the correct date, but not exact time to redeem it. You can go to the website and under account management you can see the date/time for you to be able to redeem the cash.

    I'm not sure how it works if you are on the last month of a paid sub.

    However, usually that's what stops someone from redeeming their cash.
