Looks like there is a problem with the login servers.. or the gameway servers into the worlds. I have tried serveral different toons and even tried rebooting my system completely. Game hangs at "entering game as.. " /sigh.. so much for dbl xp..
Add me as someone else who can't get from character selection into game. Tried all the toons, all in different locations. Been trying for an hour now.
I'd recommend you each submit a support ticket about the issue. Please be sure to include your Dxdiag and Msinfo so we can expedite the process. Instructions are in my signature below!
I'm having the same issue. Attempting to log in my second account and patcher stops loading update at .01%. The next time it shows another random % needed to download but it will not advance. It just sits there until you get an error screen.
