cannot buy channeler class

    keep saying station marketplace is busy at unrest server at char creation page. please fix it.

    apparently you cannot buy it from the character creation screen and must purchase it in game on another toon from the marketplace. I am having the issue where the channeler is not even in the marketplace for me to purchase for some reason.
