I did a scan on my computer tonight and got this:
    Error - 10/7/2013 3:05:35 AM | Computer Name = Westlinwind-PC | Source = Application Error | ID = 1000
Description = Faulting application EverQuest2.exe, version 1.0.0.1, time stamp 0x524dfb90,

code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x009a4477, process id 0x115c, application start time

What does it mean and how do i fix it please?

It looks like these particular crashes don't appear in our crashlog database and the data provided doesn't link to anything in particular, so I can't effectively troubleshoot the issue. If you have any additional details or steps to reproduce the issues, they would be appreciated.

all i know is that when i zone i sometimes crash- and when i move from house to guild hall or guild hall to house or outside to guild hall i often crash. other times my screen goes white and an hourglass appears. minimizing the window doesn't help at all and neither does hitting escape. it seldom ever shows up in my event window and when it does occasionally it says
"Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected."
    and also
"Faulting application EverQuest2.exe, version 1.0.0.1, time stamp 0x5266f83b, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x00000000, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00000000, process id 0xec8, application start time 0x01ced0186cbe1b45."

    these seem to happen repeatedly

This can be explained by [this Microsoft Technet forum post] ("FUD" stands for Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt, by the way)

The rest of the information about the crashes you're experiencing don't point to anything in particular. Without any solid evidence of a particular cause, the only things I can speculate are at fault are either misconfiguration of software or hardware or some sort of hardware failure or incompatibility.

Digging around a bit the 4 most likely causes are: (listed in order from most likely to least likely)

.net and gpu driver not getting along with each other (run windows update to get latest version of .net and download latest gpu driver from gpu manufacturers website)

File corruption (try right clicking on harddisk and select properties then select check for errors, do it for both harddisks if eq2 and windows are not on same one)

Overclocking (go back to default settings in bios if either CPU or Memory are currently not running a default speeds)

Hardware failure of RAM (remove one memory module after the other, trial and error however many combinations are necessary to determine which module failed)
