Whenever I open my bank, my character window opens on top of the bank window. I don't need the character window to open when I open the bank. Anyway to turn this off so it just opens my bank?
As far as I know, there is no way to stop the character window from opening when you open the bank. You can of course move either your character window or bank window to another location so they don't open on top of each other.
