Note: thought perhaps I might get better responses posting here rather than in tips and tricks. Spells like fire ball and solar flare (and others I'm sure) feature a 1/2 inch or so screen jump when the spell lands on its target. Turning spell particle effects down to 0 does not disable this, nor does setting the entire performance profile to extreme performance, which basically turns off all special effects and high res graphics. I get the feeling it's not possible to disable this "feature", but in case anyone knows of a command or .ini file entry, I'd be really happy to be able to turn it off. Thanks
